Natalia Arbelaez is a Colombian American artist, born and raised in Miami, Florida to immigrant parents. Natalia’s artistic focus revolves around unearthing and preserving marginalized histories, particularly those of Latin American, Amerindian, and Women of Color. She explores how these identities have evolved over time, influenced by conquest, migration, familial connections, culture, and genetic memory.
